  • Do I have to register if I want to place an order?

    No, registration is not obligatory. You can make a purchase without registration but you will have to fill in some personal details so that we can fulfil your order.

  • How can I place an order?

    You can place an order in one of the following ways:

    • By registering - we will save the information you fill in (e-mail, names, phone number, delivery address, etc.) and this way you will not have to fill it in again for your next order;
    • Without registration (as a guest) - it is quick and easy, but for each of your following orders you will have to fill in your contact details and delivery information again;
    • Using the "Buy with 1 click" button - you will find such a button at the bottom of each product page. All you have to do is enter your phone number in the box next to it, then click on the button, and we will contact you during our business hours in order to finalize all the details of your order;
    • By phone - by calling us at 0897 806 008 during business hours - from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm;
    • Using the chat on our website - the small orange window located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • How do I know if my order has been received?

    Once you have placed your order on our online shop, you will receive an e-mail. We will also contact you by phone to confirm the product delivery.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    All orders placed before 2pm on business days (Monday-Friday), are processed and dispatched on the same day, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. Orders placed after 2pm, as well as those placed on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you can keep track of your delivery. You will also receive an additional notification from the courier about the day of delivery.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Delivery times might vary from 1 to 7 business days (which applies for orders within the territory of the country), depending on the type of courier service you choose and the location to which the order must be sent.

    All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 5:30pm. Confirmed orders for products in stock, placed on a business day before 2pm are dispatched on the same day and will be delivered on the next business day, except for smaller towns, which courier services visit according to a timetable. Orders placed after 2pm, as well as those from weekends or public holidays are processed and dispatched on the next business day. 

    In case you choose delivery to one of our stores in the country, one of our representatives will contact you in order to inform you about the expected delivery times for the products you have ordered.

    For orders placed outside of Bulgaria, delivery times depend on your location and will be specifically arranged before the order is dispatched.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can choose one of the following payment methods:

    • Payment upon receipt – you pay the courier at the time of delivery. This method is only applicable for orders within the territory of Bulgaria.
    • By debit or credit card.
    • By bank transfer – a proforma invoice is generated for you to transfer the amount to a bank account. Orders will be dispatched after receiving the payment.
    • By www.paypal.com and www.epay.bg.
  • Can I receive an invoice?

    All deliveries are dispatched with a receipt, and we can also issue an invoice on wish. After filling in your details and selecting a payment and a delivery method, check the "I want an invoice" box and fill in your company details. If you wish to receive a proforma invoice and pay by bank transfer, select the option for bank payment, after which a proforma invoice will be generated and you can order the amount.

  • Can I check how much the delivery will cost before I place an order?

    Yes, on the page of each product you can check the price for its delivery to an address in Bulgaria by clicking on "Calculate shipping cost within Bulgaria" and filling in your address.

    In case you order more than one item, you can use the option "Calculate shipping cost within Bulgaria" in the shopping cart on the website.

    In the process of placing an order, after you choose what delivery method you prefer, you will be able to see its cost, before completing your order.

    If you choose to receive your order in one of our stores, delivery is free of charge.

    For orders outside of the country, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to inform you about the delivery price.

  • What information do I need to provide in order to place an order?

    You will need to provide the following information:

    • When you log in to your account – you need to fill in your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address only the first time you register. Your data will be saved so you don't have to enter it every time. You can add more than one delivery addresses and choose where you prefer your purchase delivered before completing your order.
    • When you place an order as a guest – you need to provide the same information (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address) but it will not be saved for future orders and you will have to fill it in again.
    • With Fast Order (using the "Buy with one click" button) – you need to enter your telephone number so we can call you in order to confirm your order. During our phone conversation you need to provide your name, surname and delivery address so that we can deliver your order.
    • When you order by phone or use our website chat - you need to provide the recipient's name, surname, telephone number and delivery address.
  • Can I choose different delivery services?

    Yes, of course. Bittel offers a choice of delivery services by Speedy and Econt.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes, we do. Delivery of all products and orders worth more than BGN 1000 is free. In addition, a choice of products with prices lower than BGN 1000 is available and labelled with "Free Delivery".

    Free delivery is offered only for deliveries on the territory of the country.

    In case you choose the option to receive your order in one of our stores, delivery is free of charge.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes, we do. We can deliver your order to a foreign address. One of our customer service agents will contact you in order to inform you about the most favourable options for international delivery.

  • Where can I find information about the size of the product?

    Information about the exact size of the product can be found in the product page tab "Technical information".

  • Are your products in stock or I have to wait for my delivery longer?

    Most products in our online shop, with few exceptions, are available for immediate dispatch. In case you order a product which requires longer delivery time, we will notify you in due time.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can. You need to contact us in due time and let us know about your decision to cancel your order. Contact us HERE.

  • Do you offer installation services?

    Yes, we can offer Furniture and Air Conditioner installation services. They are only applicable under specific conditions, after prior arrangement at an extra charge that will depend on the product and your delivery address. For the time being, installation services are only available within the territory of Bulgaria.

  • Where can I find your products?

    You can browse around and test our products in our thematic exhibition halls in Sofia, Plovdiv and
    Varna, whose addresses you can find HERE. The majority of them are also available in many other retailers or distributors throughout the country.

  • Can I visit your stores with my dog?

    Yes, feel free to bring your dog and explore our stores in Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas.

    In order to ensure a harmonious shopping experience for all, we kindly ask dog owners to adhere to the following:

    • Use a leash: for the safety and comfort of all visitors, we ask that dogs be leashed during your visit.
    • Good behavior: please make sure your dog is calm and sociable, allowing all customers to enjoy their shopping experience.
    • Respect for privacy: maintain a respectful distance and keep your dog close to you to minimise any potential disturbance to others.
