It turned out that the chair is more solid than it looks, and its backrest is quite comfortable, with a supportive spring mechanism. This was probably missing from the description! In person, it looks attractive and stable. Later, I saw that a model with a fixed backrest was also available at a much lower price. I am satisfied with the purchase.
