The BASIC 3 laboratory chair combines ergonomic design, antistatic protection, and durable construction, making it ideal for cleanrooms and ESD-sensitive environments. The ergonomically shaped backrest with integrated lumbar support relieves pressure on the spine and muscles and can be adjusted in height while seated. The seat features integrated pelvic support and a rounded front edge to promote healthy posture and proper blood circulation. All seat and backrest surfaces are smooth and sealed to prevent particle accumulation, even in environments with continuous airflow from filtration systems. A special foam bonding process permanently fuses the synthetic leather, upholstery, and support layers, preventing any particle emission. All components—including conductive castors, comfort pads, and steel parts—provide a typical resistance of 10⁶ ohms and comply with EN 61340-5-1 for reliable electrostatic discharge protection.The chair is equipped with a robust, abrasion-resistant five-star base made of high-gloss polished aluminium.
