 Backrest height adjustment Among the many functions, FREDO is equipped with mechanism for backrest height setting – a less common, but especially important feature for tall people. Adjusting it is easy and requires no effort, just lift the backrest and pull it up to the desired height. If you want to bring it back to its previous position to join the seat, you have to pull upwards to its top position and it will drop to the bottom again.

3D armrests Ergonomic chair FREDO not only offers one or two, but three options for armrests adjustment in order to provide maximum comfort for your arms. You can adjust your armrests by pressing their side buttons and moving them up or down. It takes no time to easily move them to the left or right at different angles in the desired direction. It’s also as simple as that to slide them back and forth with a single movement.

 Lumbar support Placed at the back of the FREDO, its lumbar support will take care of your correct posture and prevent you from fatigue and lower back pain. Like all other parts of the chair, it can be adjusted, according to your personal preferences. This is achieved by rotating the handles on both ends.

Seat depth adjustment On the long list of FREDO’s advantages outstands the possibility to adjust the depth of its large wide seat. With the help of a lever, hidden under the seat, you can slide the seat forward or backward again to fill the gap where the seat and the backrest meet. The mechanism allows you to adjust the depth from 48 to 53 cm.

 Locking into position (multiblock) This function allows you to lock your chair into the most comfortable position for you at a different angle. For this purpose, use the lever, located on the left side, under the seat of the chair. Turn it backwards and the chair will remain fixed in your chosen position. To unlock it, turn it in the opposite direction and push the backrest slightly backwards with the weight of your own back. It is easy and just takes a second. |

With the help of the lever under the seat, on the right side, not only you can set the force of rocking, but also to change the backrest tilt-tension.

 Chair height adjustment In order to feel comfortable in your chair, it has to be in accordance with your own height. Thanks to the gas lift at the base, FREDO allows you to set the distance between the seat and the floor at a range from 44 to 54 cm. To adjust the chair height, use the lever on the right side under the seat.
